Alan Alda Wants Us All to Have Better Conversations

by Lauren Tivnan on January 26, 2018

Who doesn’t love Alan Alda? No one I know. And you’ll love him even more when you listen to him talk about his new book, “If I Understood You, Would I have This Look on My Face?”

In NPR’s Hidden Brain Podcast (link below) you’ll laugh out loud at the his funny self-deprication as he discusses the consequences of miscommunication in today’s society–especially in science. From a visit to the doctor that went horribly wrong, to an endearing conversation about science he thought he was having with his young grand son, he makes a great argument that it’s time we all need to start communicating better with each other.

Enjoy! Listen now…
